Freedom and full bloom is BIPOC centered (but not exclusive) event focused on health, wellbeing and healing of people of color. Creating a safe space to to share, heal and nurture both our bodies and soul through nature, movement and mindfullness. We will be offering a guided nature walk, yoga classes, soundbath and just the opportunity to socialize with others in the community.
