On September 28th I received my second vaccine shot (Moderna) and within 30 minutes and getting home, I started feeling heated, itchy and had hardening and skin color changes from the top of my head to my shoulder where I received the vaccine. I called Walmart and was told it was normal and would go away. After a few days the itching got worse and the rashes started to appear. Multiple doctor visits suggested it may be Plaque Psoriasis, I was contacted by a friend on Facebook and told to come to the doctor shd worked for to get things going starting with the biopsy. The reaction from the doctor and nurses was one of disbelief even to putting in my paperwork that it was so severe he was amazed and it was quite impressive. I had 2 separate biopsies, both confirmed the diagnosis and also confirmed it started when I got the shot. I've been out of my house maybe 5 or so times since then and it's going on 5 months. I've lost 2 layers of skin, sweep my apartment 3-4 times a day because of the loss of skin. I'm completely covered head to toe. Right eye stays blurry because the scales get in my eyes. Losing my hair which will never grow back due to scarring. I've been told and researched that the healing process takes years and that's barring another outbreak.. I can't afford the treatments, let alone the cost of living (rent, utilities, groceries etc.) Please look at this as another person asking for help and not a argumentative or negative post please. I just want to get some relief and get back to being able to support not only myself, but my kids as well. Thank you in advance for any support and stay safe and God Bless!
