Hi everyone,
My closest family is fleeing Ukraine to Germany, seeking safety and refuge. They are a young family with 3 children 3-7 years of age. My family lived in the town Zaporizhzhia, East Ukraine, across the river from the nuclear power plant that is under attack, making their situation even direr. My family is proud like all Ukrainian people but now are in a time of need. While some of my family will stay and fight, my family and I have convinced the women and children to leave. I’ve been supporting them financially and now asking for more help. They are scared, their future is uncertain, but the goal is to get them under refugee status in Germany. They will need help with food, rent, legal fees for immigration. I will be staying in close contact with them and helping throughout this journey. Those who know me well know that I am not one to ask for help, but if you can provide any support, it will go directly to getting my family on their feet and out of the grasp of Putin’s tyranny. For those who have already donated, I can’t thank you enough. Please feel free to share my story and God willing my family will be safe soon.
