My name is Keron Turner. I’m 33 years old. I’m from Portsmouth va but I was raised in PG County MD. I’m a determined man of God and a firm believer. Since 2019 I been going through the most craziest trauma back to back.
In 2019 I was playing basketball and hurt my leg. Doctors did diagnoses and gave me a boot. The boot aggregated my leg so bad that I had to take it off. Here is one picture of me in the leg brace. You can also go to my page on Instagram and see
Before my appointment which was the next day, I was resting my leg and out of nowhere I feel a sharp pain in my ribs. Called 911 and they checked my vitals and said everything was good. Next day come, which is my appointment to check on my leg. I barely could move out the bed. I went to the hospital and they drew blood. Doctors came back and said “for a healthy guy I don’t know how this happened, but you have blood clots from your injury. And that the pain was from the blood clots that was in my leg had shot to my right lung. Doctors gave me 2 options. Take blood thinners forever or have the surgery and we suck the blood clots out and we go from there. I chose the surgery cause I was healthy and didn’t wanna be on medication. After the surgery was finished,
I was in the recovery room and my stomach was hurting really bad. Doctors did scans and blood work etc. came back I had kidney failure due to surgery. My mind was going crazy. I thought I was dying in a snap of a finger out of nowhere. Like how, when I was so active. Doing hard labor work and fit on a daily basis. I was in the hospital for over 2 months until my kidney recovered almost 100%. my leg healed the whole time I was in the hospital recovering from the kidney failure. I was on dialysis for a month before I recovered as well. The pain I had to go through was almost unbearable. God walked me through the whole way. I was back to working and living life.

I was shot 8 times in my torso area in 2020 of March in Portsmouth Va.
I was a hard working young man that did labor work. On March 2 2020 I was shot 8 times due to someone trying to rob me in front of my house. I was fighting for my life at the time and just now recovering from the trauma.
I suffer still with one bullet left inside of me. I have a rod in my left arm and other metal projectors inside of my body. I also had to have my liver removed and washed. It’s been 3 years since the tragedy.
I currently live in Alexandria va and I will be moving to Los Angeles California on the 28th of October, for better treatment and job opportunities and not to mention I’m an artist. I make music.
I’m just being able to start back working and having the mental capacity being able to write my music. I’m asking for funds to help me out before I start actually working. I haven’t been able to work at all due to me just healing my body and going through physical therapy. Blessings continue to come my way and I have a lot of faith in god that I will overcome this.
