Cedar City flooding affected our friend whose apartment filled up with water ruining half of her valuables. She lost books, journals, shoes, clothing, necessities, etc. She's not the kind of person to reach out for help, so we're hoping to do that for her so she can replace some of the things she lost. She's just a college student so she already doesn't have much. Absolutely anything would be greatly appreciated.
