Hello everyone and thank you for considering our situation. My name is John, and I am the husband of the woman shown in the picture.A couple of years ago, my wife was involved in a near-fatal head-on collision. The other driver (under the influence) crossed into her lane traveling at approximately 45 mph.
If it wasn't for the sturdiness, engineering and solid construction of her vehicle I am convinced I would of lost my wife that evening. So, thank you Toyota.....
Anne has undergone multiple surgeries (6) and rehab since then to regain her ability to walk. She will never work full-time again and has suffered a traumatic brain injury as well, reducing her short-term memory recall by almost 20%.
We are both responsible people, Anne had a solid career previously. The medical bills and copays have been massive. In order to keep ourselves from going under financially, we've depleted all of our available resources to beat back the financial stressors the best we can, but there still remains the last $29,962.47 of related expenses, and we need help. Assets, credit lines etc. have all been exhausted.
Unfortunately we are not young people anymore; our resources are limited. Your generosity is greatly appreciated.
