As a Family it is devastating to loose a loved one, about 2 weeks ago, Jordan was sent to Florida to visit her mother. WE are not sure how she ended up in Chicago, and this past Friday we recieved a call, she was found by a passerby, 911 was called and she did not survive. We are asking for help to get her home , proper services, and her family some closure. thank you for taking the time to read, and any and all help is greatly appreciated. Our hearts are broken for the loss of Jordan Lackey , she was only 33, leaving behind 3 young children.
