Robert Thomas, known fondly as Bobby, has always been the kind of person who would lend a hand before asking for one himself. Living in Columbus, Ohio, Bobby's life was dramatically turned upside down when a flash flood tore through his home in the early hours of the morning. Startled awake at 4 AM by the crash of a tree breaking through his roof, Bobby found the life he had worked so hard to build swept away in an instant.
As someone who genuinely embodies the values of hard work and community, Bobby’s always been the kind of friend who shows up for others. The challenges he’s facing now are immense, especially since insurance won’t cover the damage. Still, his spirit remains unbroken. Bobby works with me, and I’ve seen firsthand his dedication and resilience.
