Reunite

We were married in 2001, been together every night until May of 2021. Our pugs and son and I moved back to the US with the intention to have my husband's green card approved.  It was recently denied. We have still the chance to file the I 601, but just the application alone is 930.00. Then there are the lawyers fees. I need to have surgery soon, and will require 6 weeks of no weight on my foot. I need my husband here to help me. Also our two pugs need him as well as our son of course.  He was 14 when he left his dad, and now is graduating this school year. We need him, love him and miss him. Please if you can help with any amount we'd be so grateful.
