Kara McCoy passed away December 4th, 2025 from Terminal Cystic Lung Disease. A disease that crippled her, forcing her to be in Hospice. They didn't think she would last two days, but her passion for life, and will to live, she outlived their expectations, almost lasting an entire year in Hospice.
Kara's family needs to put their sweet beloved Kara to rest. Death does not come cheap. Please donate what you can, nothing is too little or big, and each donation is greatly appreciated. Funds will go to cremation.
Kara held a living funeral prior to her passing. Her family and friends are making arrangements for a Remembrance Celebration that is expected to take place in the warmer weather of Spring/early Summer 2026. Any additional funds collected will help Kara's family pay her final living expenses then be held for future use towards her celebration (including helping her long-distance friends that may need the financial assistance enable to attend).
The family has one final request of all those who shared beautiful memories with Kara.
