I’m raising money to help myself and my fiancé relocate and get into a more stable living situation.
We are currently trying to raise $3,500 as our minimum moving goal. We have a limited amount of time to make this happen, and I’m doing everything I can personally to contribute. I’m selling my car, e-bike, electronics, VR headsets, 3D printer, and other belongings rather than relying entirely on donations.
The money raised will help cover the major costs of relocating, including:
Moving truck and transportation
Gas and travel expenses
Food during the trip
Housing costs after arrival
Basic groceries and household supplies
A small cushion for unexpected expenses
Our original plan had a larger budget that also included money toward replacing our vehicle after the move, but right now my priority is simply raising enough to get us there safely and have enough left to establish ourselves.
I currently have some money saved and additional money expected soon, but there is still a significant gap that I’m trying to close through selling my belongings and fundraising.
Any amount genuinely helps. Even $5, $10, or $20 gets us closer and takes some pressure off what I still need to raise through sales.
