My name is Lucresia, and I’m raising funds to help my brother and his family as they face every parent’s worst nightmare. On the evening of March 14, 2026, my 17‑year‑old nephew, Ethan, was involved in a devastating motorcycle accident in Pensacola, FL. A car pulled out from a store onto the highway, and Ethan collided with the driver’s side. He was intubated at the scene and life‑flighted to Sacred Heart Hospital.
Ethan was wearing his helmet and full protective gear, but the impact caused severe internal and orthopedic injuries. He suffered major abdominal and pelvic trauma, a liver laceration, kidney laceration, multiple rib fractures, a pneumothorax, a right clavicle fracture, a right wrist fracture, multiple pelvic fractures, a left hand fracture, a left tib/fib fracture, and hypoxic - ischemic brain injury. He is currently in a coma, and the extent of his brain injury is still unknown.
He has already undergone two surgeries, with many more ahead. His recovery will be long, uncertain, and incredibly difficult. He remains intubated in the pediatric ICU, fighting for his life.
Ethan is a twin and one of four boys. His dream was to enlist in the Marines after high school. My brother and Ethan’s mother are by his bedside day and night. They are unable to work during this crisis, and the financial strain is overwhelming.
We are asking for help with medical expenses, travel, lost wages, and the long rehabilitation journey Ethan will face. Any amount—no matter how small—makes a difference. If you cannot donate, please share this and keep Ethan in your prayers.
Thank you for standing with our family during the hardest moment of our lives.
