Family and Friends,
I want to bring you up to date on what is happening in my life. In May 2023, I graduated from Vanguard University with a Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology. In early 2024, I plan to attend graduate school to continue my education as I prepare to be a nurse.
As I prepare to devote my career to caring for people, I am excited about my plans for this summer. I have an opportunity to take part in the Service Corps program sponsored by The Salvation Army. I will be going to South Korea where I will serve on a team of 6 members.
As humans, our greatest need is to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, so this summer is going to be a great investment of my time and energy. To help introduce people to Jesus this summer, we will serve in a variety of ways during our 5 weeks in South Korea. We will lead vacation Bible school, invite people to church through evangelistic work, and helping out at local Salvation Army Churches (which may include: cleaning, serving meals, building repair). I'm looking forward to a lot of different opportunities to share Jesus with others throughout the summer.
In order to make all of this happen, I need to develop a financial
sponsorship team... a group of people that would join with others
and me on my project in this effort. My total need is $1500.00. In order to meet this need as quickly as possible, I am looking for people who are willing to make a one-time investment.
