The Coach Mike Egts Foundation was established in 2016 in the memory of the longtime football coach of Bishop Luers High School in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Coach Egts, who coached at Luers for 37 years, battled cancer since 2012 before passing away in January 2016.
The foundation was established to fulfill Coach Egts' ongoing support of Bishop Luers High School with an academic scholarship in his name, contributions to the needs of Bishop Luers, and to support Cancer Services of Northeast Indiana.
Egts, who coached at Luers for 37 years, took part in 11 state championships. In 2010, he was named Outstanding Alumnus by the school. Help us continue the legacy of Coach Mike Egts by donating today.
