How It Works ✅
1. Give to the Weekly Gift Pot (via Spotfund)
Each week, members are asked to give at least $2 to the group fund through Spotfund. You do not have to give to win gift however it is encouraged.
• You’re welcome to give more if you’d like.
• Someone else can donate for you — just make sure the Jot form is filled out properly. After your donation, please fill out Jot form in order to be in the running for Friend of the week. You've then have officially entered.
The person that become Friend of the week is who you are donating to.
💡 This is a Monday–Sunday cycle. The cutoff to give and enter is Sunday at 7 PM EST.
You’ll provide:
• Full name
• Phone number
• Email address
• Facebook name
• Whether you’d prefer your winner phone call to be private or live
• Confirmation of donation
📝 You may only enter once per week (duplicate entries will be disqualified).
🏆 You can only win the gift once every 90 days.
3. Live Weekly Drawing
• Sundays at 8 PM EST we go LIVE on Facebook
• One person will be chosen each week
• Winners are selected using a random number generator for fairness
4. Claiming Your Blessing
• We’ll announce your name Facebook live
• You’ll receive a phone call, email, and text
• We will try calling 3 times
• You have 24 hours to claim your gift
• Only you can claim — no one can claim on your behalf
If you do not respond within 24 hours, we will draw another winner. If that person doesn’t respond, the funds will roll over into the next week’s pot.
5. Winner Requirements
• All winners must make a thank-you video OR
• Share a written post about your story and life throughout the following week

- What is the purpose of this group? Blessing Friends is a giving community built to spread kindness and support among people from all walks of life. Each week, one member is randomly chosen to receive a collective blessing from the group — helping with life expenses, encouragement, or simply reminding them that they’re seen and cared for. Our purpose is to bring people together through generosity and faith, showing that even small acts of giving can make a big difference. ❤️
- Do I have to donate to be selected? No. Donations are not required to be eligible. You can join the selection list through a free entry.
- Do I have to gift the Friend of the Week? No. Everyone deserves to feel seen, supported, and appreciated regardless of their ability to give. That being said, we hope you’ll consider gifting when you can — even a small $2 contribution makes a big difference when we all come together.
- How is a friend chosen each week? Friends are selected completely at random, and the drawing is done live in the group for transparency and fairness.
