A Legacy We Build Together
For twenty years, I have built solutions for corporations. Today, I’m building something far more personal, a legacy for my daughter, and a pathway for every neurodivergent, Black, and Brown leader who has ever been overlooked, underestimated, or left out of the rooms where decisions are made.
I am completing my PhD in Leadership and Change, researching neuroinclusive leadership in the age of AI, because the future being shaped right now will either widen the equity gap or close it. I intend to close it.
This work is not abstract. It is lived. It is the story of a first‑generation college student who became an engineer. A single mother who homeschooled her daughter while rebuilding after layoffs. A woman who kept going when every system said “wait,” “slow down,” or “not yet.”
As part of my doctoral research, I will be attending international conferences across Europe, Asia, and Africa in 2026–2027. Some I will attend as a researcher and learner; others I will contribute through scholarly engagement. These gatherings allow me to study global approaches to neuroinclusion, connect with scholars doing parallel work, and bring back insights that can transform how organizations support neurodivergent minds.
My daughter will travel with me, because this journey is about more than earning a degree. It’s about removing the concrete ceilings above her and every girl who looks like her and showing her that we build our legacy; we do not wait to inherit one.
Your support helps me:
Fund essential research travel to global conferences
Continue developing my neuroinclusive leadership platform and app
Expand tools that uplift marginalized leaders and families
Advance research that ensures AI does not leave our communities behind
When you give, you are not just helping me finish a degree. You are investing in a future where brilliance is not punished for being different. You are helping build a world where our children don’t have to mask, shrink, or burn out to belong.
This is bigger than me. This is about every child who deserves to see themselves in the future we are creating.
Thank you for believing in this work and in the legacy, we are building together.
