Heart of Passion is a non-profit organization that hosts a four-day free trip to New Orleans for teens with cancer called Red Carpet Day.
The event creates a year-round community of support for our guests, who meet other teens facing similar challenges. Some of our activities include Breakfast with the Sharks at the Audubon Aquarium, a swamp tour, movie night at the Prytania, and much more. The best part is that it is 100% free for our guests, many of whom face the financial troubles of cancer treatment.
Because it is a free event, we rely on support from our sponsors to make Red Carpet Day happen. We need around 30-40 thousand dollars to put on the event.
