I'm a minority entrepreneur working to raise money to launch the final version of software for my startup company PICK'M Music Betting & Stake Exchange.
PICK'M is currently working to raise capital through a Pre-Seed Fundraiser. However, the best way to attract investors is by having a complete working product and some investment already. I am not in a position financially to pay to complete the service's software and the best way to raise funding is by going to friends and family first.
PICK'M currently has over 1,000 preregistered users, 4 independent artists signed as brand ambassadors, and 3 potential investors/partners waiting on the final service to be completed.
Launching the final web service will help me complete my Pre-Seed fundraiser, securing over $500K in funding. The projected revenue after launch is currently $100K in the first month based off current registered members.
All donators will receive PICK'M shares equal to their donation (2 shares for every $1). This is more than a donation it is an investment!
