Hi sweet friends. I'm coming to you all with a huge prayer request and big goal. A dear friend of mine who, herself, and children have multiple special needs have found themselves in really difficult circumstances. Her husband lost his job during COVID-19 and electric bills spiked. A year in and making payments monthly, it's now reached 3,000$. Ameren will no longer allow her to make payments bc she had to shut it off once due to no extra funds after paying for her home . All low income options have been exhausted. No one needs to be in this heat with no air or electric. Especially not children. Please find it in your heart to give. Even 5$ helps. My heart cannot take them living this way.
