Hello! my name is Isabella I was raised by my mother Gracie after my father passed away when I was 2. My Mom is the strongest person I know, always making sure I was taken care of before herself. While growing up there wasn't anything she couldn't do. I was blessed to have a Mom who worked at the same school I attended. I got to watch her work with all of my friends and saw her become such a respected person in my school. She not only had one job but several. There were days I didn't see her that often but she was working. My grandparents stepped in and even though I missed my Mom, my Grandpa reassured me my Mom was working for me. We'd pray together to keep her safe and she would always come back with a smile on her face. Every decision she made I always came 1st. When she met my stepdad, she always told. "If you're not ok with me seeing him then he's gone." When he asked her to marry him. She said yes but up until the wedding she told me, "Are you ok, if you're not then we'll be ok." She has given everything, her Dad passed away in 2021. Her and my stepdad became Foster Parents. My Mom was raising other little humans. I became immensely jealous. But again my mom would take me aside and reassure me she was still there. Again she told the same thing. "If you're not ok then we'll stop fostering." I then knew my mom was the best person for the kids because I had the Mom growing up. However I was not ok with sharing her still, yet, I saw how she gave her all to protect someone else's child. She always had given enough love to give. She even received her Masters degree in Early Childhood Development all while raising her toughest case. In 2024 she started to become ill. She stopped walking independently only to discover in January 2025 she had Cervical spinal Stenosis in the C4-C7. Her spine was being squeezed which caused her nervous system to weaken. She had surgery to correct her spine and repair any further damage. She continues to heal every day. Unfortunately she also has drop foot in both feet. Which makes it difficult for her to balance and walk independently. Earlier this year she ended up going on dialysis. She's now stage 5 kidney failure. We are currently waiting for her to be placed on the transplant list for a kidney replacement and pancrea. She's unable to work at the moment. Especially with her eye site getting worse each day. If you can help in any way. Financially I know this is hard on my parents. My stepdad being the only one bringing in an income at the moment. I don't know how my mom does it, she's always smiling and making sure I'm ok, so, it's time for me to take care of my mom. To help with further medical expenses if you find it in your heart to help my mom please do so. Thank you and I hope you have a wonderful life yourself! Many Blessings, Isabella.
