Justin Capp was killed in Freeport, IL by individuals on foot at a friends house last year on November 18, 2021. I have set up a fundraiser to help slow or stop the crime by helping catch criminals in the act with surveillance cameras set up in the higher crime low income areas of Freeport. I am hoping that each year at the time of Justin's murder we can continue to help fight crime. Please help me with this any way that you can. Anyone that would like a camera can reach out to me and we will provide a camera as long as money if funded. Update…. Justin’s murderer still walks free. No arrests have been made.
