I am reaching out because my partner, my friends, and I are in immediate physical danger. We are currently trapped in a home with over 10 individuals who have created a hostile and violent environment.
The situation has reached a breaking point:
• Threats of Violence: After giving notice to move, I was personally threatened with physical harm.
• Active Assault: My friend was recently put hands on by a resident while filming the harassment for evidence.
• Illegal Activity: From theft to intentional utility shut-offs, our safety and livelihoods are at risk daily.
We are 4 people against 11. We have filed police reports, but the only real solution is to leave. We have a Friday deadline to secure a safe space. We are trying to raise $2,500 for moving costs and a security deposit. Please help us get to a place where we don't have to live in fear.
