As some of you may know, this June Jim was crushed by a large tree. We praise God that the tree missed his head and chest and instead landed on his pelvis. This resulted in an ambulance ride to Fairchild and subsequent helicopter ride down to Mercy in Redding. There they discovered he had shattered part of one side of his pelvis and fractured the other side. Again, the grace of God was clear in that he did not require surgery. However, Jim still has a long road of healing and rehabilitation.
Although Jim, his wife and two young daughters are very capable, this unexpected time of healing will make it difficult to meet basic expenses like food and electricity. Thank you in advance for any donation of any size. If Jim is able to return to working earlier than expected or donations exceed the family's needs, all extra funds will be donated to Grenada Berean church into the 'helps' fund in order to help other people in need.
