Please help us! My mom just had a heart attack and she is in Mexico. She only can afford Medicare parts A and B. The doctors are saying she needs an emergency angioplasty and she can not fly home. The cost of the angioplasty in Mexico will be $18,000 and the hospital there will not do the procedure until they have the money. Medicare parts A and B do not cover medical expensesoutside the US.
