My relationship of six years ended overnight with no explanation, and I’m scrambling to find a place to live with my two girls and pets, as well as managing all the logistics that go into becoming a single mom while navigating grief, loss and depression. I could use a little extra help for moving expenses, apartment furnishings and miscellaneous accommodation expenses. I do not qualify for disability because of income but I am disabled and have some medical needs that require meds that can get expensive.
I’ve had a great deal of help for which I’m very grateful. Anything at all will go towards easing the transition, particularly for my girls, who are heartbroken to be left by a parental figure.
