In 2025, the number of women's health research projects in the country decreased by 31% after grants that used phrases like "women" "female" "diversity" and "equity" were ubiquitously cut by the presidential administration. Now, more than ever, it is vital that women's health research is funded and protected.
My name is Zoe Bernstein and I am raising funds for educational scholarships and heart research with the AHA GO RED x Miss America collaboration. As an ardent feminist, a young woman in higher education, and someone unashamedly proud of rocking an evening gown I am here to endorse, promote, and ask for your financial support in this goal
American Heart Association's Go Red for Women has joined forces with Miss America's Scholarship Foundation to raise both research dollars AND tuition scholarships, ensuring a healthier, smarter future for women in America.
Connections and skills that I made through Miss Vermont, as well as money I won through competition, has helped me fund my college journey enough that I will be graduation debt-free from the University of Vermont. Friendships I've made through the Miss Vermont Scholarship Organization have lasted years, and are the reason that I return to this organization again and again. I could not recommend it more and both Miss Vermont and Go Red for Women are organizations deserving of your support if you can afford it.
Your support is needed, and so greatly appreciated. Join the movement to end heart disease and provide tuition scholarships to women in America. No donation is too small!
