So after months of waiting, Saturday the 7th i finally was able to see the babies. Sagan was not happy with me but Eleanor was grinning ear to ear. We had a good day together..I'm eager to get our custody stuff going.

A big update to this is that the criminal charges their dad tried to stick me with were dismissed today! The prosecutor looked at his "evidence" and said it wasnt good enough to go to trial with. I was told that I have a guardian angel and I'm starting to believe it. So that means the bond conditions that were keeping me from seeing the kids has been lifted! I gotta let the dust settle and see how this plays out over the next couple of days, but Victor thinks it's great for our case. So now the only date I have left is the 19th, where we meet with the custody judge again.

So I've got a couple of updates for yall, good and bad. 

First off, the case Woodrow brought had been completely dropped. We had our meeting with the custody lady (not a judge but just someone who hears the case and steps in if we can't agree). As soon as my attorney got on the phone for me, Woody almost instantly caved on everything. He said that if he can't get what he wants, that he at least wants me to take a parenting class (something someone must have suggested to him? Lord knows those kinds of things don't cross his mind). My attorney said it was a good idea, so i am. And woody has officially fucked off ✌️

Onto the bad news..so this past Monday (2/2/2026) I met my attorney at his office for what was supposed to be mike and I's custody hearing. Instead, I was first asked to leave the room by the judge, so it was just him and the attorneys. I hear Victor raising his voice through the door...finally I'm let back in. The zoom call is over and Vic says "I'm gonna tell you some things you're not gonna want to hear." Proceeds to tell me the judge wants me to testify to the fact that I'm not a danger to the babies...despite the fact that Child Protective Services closed their case, and 3 letters from various professionals that tend to my life that state I'm not. He waited an entire month to decide this shit...I've been dying by inches waiting for Monday, I fully expected to see the babies...I am devastated 💔 he scheduled the hearing for the 27th of this month. So I have to wait almost one more entire month to find out when I'll see them...and he said that I can't even see them in the meantime. This judge is absolutely not okay and it makes me scared. He's being entirely too harsh for no reason that has been explained to me. So the fight continues as I barely manage to get myself out of bed to face each day without them. Hayden misses his little brother and sister...

So Monday, January 12th I received a letter in the mail from Mike's attorney saying he was served the motion and that a court date is set for February 2nd. My attorney isn't happy with this outcome; usually ex parte orders move faster. He has also told me that no other motions have been filed meaning the no contact between him and I is actually the only thing keeping me from seeing the kids...it makes me sick.

Last week I got in the mail from Hayden's dad that he's taking advantage of the situation between Michael and I and using it as a reason for him to have sole custody...our hearing is tomorrow (Wed Jan 14th) and im told I basically have to say whether i agree or disagree with his motion. When I inevitably disagree, it then goes to a judge...which my attorney says he'll then get involved.

I wont be seeing the babies for their 2nd birthday...please pray for them that they have a good day...and that I can get through the next 3 weeks without them. Share this if you can; its going to be a long fight. 

So I had a coworker of mine loan me $500 this past weekend, what i needed to get to the threshold of paying this attorney his retainer ($2500). So as soon as I transferred the money you guys donated me, I called him and i just spoke with him this afternoon. 

We filed a motion called ex parte that's an emergency type of motion that will hopefully get things moving quickly. I filed a motion last week and the date they gave me was March 2nd (Mike's birthday btw). I can't go 3 months without seeing the kids, the literally will forget who I am..and its not in their best interest to go without me and the motion states that, amongst other things. Ill let you guys know as soon as I do what the judge says....keep praying please.
