My dad, a hard working man, took on many children as his own. As a child he himself was put in the system and luckily adopted at age 8. He grew up to adopt his own children and raise as such. He didn’t have a lot in life but his hard work and kind heart sure went a long way. He was diagnosed with cancer and lay his sword only a year after. I’m devastated, our family is torn on the passing of my father. A nice memorial wouldn’t bring him back but it would bring our family together to mourn his passing.
