I am so grateful for the opportunity to compete for the title of Miss Wisconsin this June. As many of you know, the Miss America Opportunity is the largest scholarship provider for women in the nation. As a first-generation college student, the scholarship dollars I have earned through this organization have made a meaningful impact on my ability to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Marketing at the University of Wisconsin–Parkside.
