With a heavy heart I am for the first time writing about my BROther Ryan Summers since his passing.

He truly was my BROther. BRO meaning best friend and brother by blood.  We shared all shorts of adventures together and spent 29 years joking, telling stories, playing games, and sharing advice with each other.

My brother passed sometime in the early morning on June 25th 2024 this day will scare my heart forever.

Ryan was an accomplished musician who enjoyed playing his french horn in multiple music groups such as the lyric band of Hanover, but to him it was more than just playing his horn he built very solid and meaningful friendships that would last his lifetime.

He also enjoyed his career as a speech language pathologist, were he worked for York City school district and helped teach the child proper speech patterns. He loved his work and would bring so much home and tell me about all the new plans he had to engage with the kids. His students love him as well as they would always find their way to his room even when they had regular class.

The bond that my brother Ryan and I shared is something that I don't see in other siblings, at least not to the same extent. We shared a love for a game that we made up that was a blend of dungeons and dragons and risk but we used 6" action figures as our characters. This game stared small but over the course of 18-19 years eventually took over our childhood basement. Even after his passing he still had figures showing up to power up his armies.

Ryan loved when we would plan family get togethers and game days. We did many different themes of weekends from Harry Potter, lord of the rings, star wars, and mostly recently planning a Pirates of the Caribbean. We were always joking around and try to do impressions of our favorite characters. We also played a lot of video games together some of which I don't think I will ever touch again.

My brother is now resting peacefully and all I wish to do is raise the money to get him a proper tombstone and flowers. My parents are trying to work extra shifts to make the money and I've even picked up extra hours at work, but we could really use some help and prayers that God can send some wonderful angels our way. Please I don't not ask for any money that put you in a tough financial situation. Only if you have a little to spare.

Thank you all very much.
