Let me start by stating that I'm an active duty veteran of the USAF Security Forces with an honorable discharge and no history of any crime. I'm an a follower of the Constitution and I stick to my oath to defend such.
On July 31st 2024 at while on my way to work at 6:45am, I was pulled over and arrested. At the same time, my wife and kids were waking up to a full kitted force raiding my home that we had just purchased three months prior. They had initiated this raid and arrest after a supposed 10 month investigation based on my political beliefs and affiliations. A direct violation of the 14th Amendment.
I spent a year and a half in the county jail away from my family and work, taking multiple hardships during that time. I've recently been released and await a final sentencing in which they plan to give me a non violent felony for my weapons that I legally purchased and owned for over 10 years. They are charging me for weapons and magazines. A charge that wouldn't exist in any other state besides CA. They didn't find what they thought existed and now threaten to either give me a prison sentence or get me to agree to having my Constitutional rights taken away.
Not only do we need legal coverage but a way to recover from the traumatic experience we've all faced from this event. The state police of NY a long with the local DA has over reached and violated not only the 2nd Amendment but also the14th Amendment, the 8th Amendment and Article 6 of the Constitution, (the Supremacy Clause).
Please help up rebuild and beat the corruption and anti Constitutionality in the NY legal system.
