my dad john barber was hit by a car while on his motorcycle september 6th 2023. the driver admitted to having drink prior to the accident. my dad was knocked unconscious. accident took place in front of a bar that she was turning into. anyone who knows my dad, knows that he looks like a "bad guy" and he was wearing his cut therefor the police assumed he was at fault. while he was unconscious, they issued him a ticket for OWI. tox screen results are back, and he WAS NOT under the influence. we need a lawyer to present our case. to show my dad john barber was wrongly accused. she was never issued a ticket and surveillance clearly shows she is at fault. my dad cant go and earn this money because he is currently on bed rest with broken ribs, fractured wrist, and a concussion.
