My small business is contracted with the commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to transport blind clientele. I have done so for years. Back in March I bid for a new 5 year contract. There is only a handful of us across the state. When the fiscal year ended, our old contracts expired. They discarded the new contract that they accepted bids on, even though they were approved. They changed wording in the contract without telling anyone. Were going to reopen for bids again, weeks ago, which they haven't done. And because they still haven't finalized the budget, have only paid me a total of 1,100 since the end of June. As it stands now, the owe me over 11,000. I love my clients, and have been working basically for free for over 3 months. And yes, my attorney is on it. But I've dipped into over 10k of emergency funds to make ends meet. Please help. Even though I'll win my lawsuit, it will be a long time before I see any of it. Don't let them get away with this.
