Last Friday me and my mom got home from work and found our cat Soot laying in the yard. He normally would run to us but didn't move and we knew something was wrong. We saw his leg looked broken and we rushed him to the vet. We thought he had been hit by a car, but it turned out someone shot him 3 times, likely with a BB gun. Shoulder, back and leg. His leg is broken and has to be amputated, which we are doing today. So far the bill is up to $700, but after today it will likely be around $2,000. Our vet is amazing and letting up make a payment plan, but even then it's a lot. Anything would be appreciated

Soot is home and doing well. He Is a bit groggy still, but he is ok. He has pain killers which also makes him sleep a lot. He gets his stitches out in a week and then he can start moving around more. Thank you to anyone who donates or shares.
