Hi, everyone! I'm McClairen Eisenhour, Miss Appalachia's Outstanding Teen 2020.
I am so excited and honored to be competing in Miss Maryland's Outstanding Teen this June as this gives me an opportunity to bring awareness to my platform "Let Them Dream: Empowering Youth Through the Arts."
As a performer, I created this platform to bring much needed awareness to the underfunding of the arts. Statistics show that the arts are one of the most underfunded programs in schools, if funded at all.
It is a proven fact that the arts transform lives, help students excel in and out of the classroom and encourage kids to have the confidence to pursue their dreams.
 I am hoping to raise $200 for the program that made me truly fall in love with the arts, "Braddock on Broadway". By donating, you will contribute to Braddock Middle School's fall musical as well as costumes, makeup, and scripts.
