I'm 29 and call Mineral Wells, Texas home. A few months back, I received news that changed everything: ovarian cancer. It's been incredibly hard to hold onto this secret, even from my family. Facing treatments mostly on my own is both scary and strangely isolating.
The medical expenses are overwhelming, and balancing them with the cost of daily life has become a real struggle. Some days, it's all I can do to find a bright spot, like enjoying a qu stepping outside for a moment of peace.
It's not easy to share this journey, but knowing there's support out there does offer a sense of comfort. Each message or donation from the community lifts me up and reminds me I'm not truly alone in this fight.
