Are you ready to take on #MaddiesChallenge? ❤️
My personal health initiative, #MaddiesChallenge, focuses on creating a balanced, sustainable, and empowering approach to fitness. Through this initiative, I highlight different forms of movement, encourage others to find joy in staying active, and promote the idea that health is not one-size-fits-all.
As a former multi-sport athlete, I once viewed fitness through the lens of performance and comparison. Today, as a Division I women’s basketball manager, I remain active by practicing alongside the team, building both physical strength and mental resilience.
My passion for health extends beyond fitness. With a background working in cardiology, I have seen firsthand the importance of preventative care and heart-healthy lifestyles. I am certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and I have worked alongside the American Heart Association by supporting BLS courses and promoting heart-healthy behaviors within my community.
As a local titleholder and future Physician Assistant, I recognize that in order to care for others, I must first prioritize my own well-being. Living a #MissAmericaFit lifestyle allows me to lead by example- demonstrating that true health encompasses physical, mental, and emotional wellness.
Through #MaddiesChallenge, I aim to inspire others to shift their mindset from comparison to confidence and from pressure to purpose. Creating a culture where fitness is empowering and accessible for all.
I invite you to support my journey, the American Heart Association, and the Miss America Scholarship Foundation. Your donation helps fund life-saving research, promotes heart health education, and provides scholarships that empower young women like me to continue our education and serve our communities.
