Lessa is a Labor and Delivery Nurse in Moscow Idaho at Gritman Medical Center, an AMAZING rural critical access hospital. She absolutely LOVES her job: She helps bring babies into the world and gives them and their mammas all the care they need to start them off on their precious new lives together. Lessa put herself through nursing school while working a full time job and as a single parent that was not easy. She made many sacrifices to become an RN and her position means the world to her. To be a nurse is her passion in life. She is one of the most compassionate and loving people you will ever meet. Lessa was in a head on collision on Tuesday January 31st, she was on her way home and hit some ice. Now, she is in the hospital with many broken bones, awaiting a long series of surgeries.
