Hi, I'm Cameron.
Sports have shaped who I am. Through soccer and other activities, I've learned teamwork, confidence, perseverance, leadership, and friendship. Every kid deserves the chance to learn those same lessons.
For my Bar Mitzvah project, I'm partnering with Phoenix-area K–12 schools in underserved communities where PE teachers have very limited equipment. After visiting one of these schools myself, I saw firsthand that many students are missing even basic supplies like soccer balls, volleyballs, cones, jump ropes, bats, and nets.
(See photos below from my visit.)
Why PE Matters
Physical Education helps kids:
Build healthy lifelong habits
Improve physical and mental well-being
Develop confidence, teamwork, and leadership
Learn resilience, discipline, and sportsmanship
Discover activities they love
With the right equipment, PE teachers can give more students the opportunity to be active, included, and inspired.
