As some of you know Paul and Karen were visiting their daughter in Port Orchard, WA where on 8/11 Karen fell, breaking her pelvis and shoulder blade. She was in the hospital for 5 days and has now been moved to a rehabilitation facility in Port Orchard.
She will stay in the rehabilitation center approximately 3 weeks. Then will stay ant her daughter’s home until she can travel back home in Crescent City, CA.
Paul has been wonderful in caring for her and being right by her side.
At this point it is unclear when Karen will be able to return to her teaching job in Crescent City, and Paul had to take leave since he is here helping to care for her needs. With them both not being home for their normal work routine they can use some financial help right now.
