Help My Family In This Medical Battle.

I’m raising money to help support my 23-year-old brother, who has been struggling with unexplained chronic seizures that have completely changed his life. His condition has become severe enough that his doctors have advised him not to work, leaving him essentially homebound and dependent on someone being there to supervise him and make sure he is safe. His temporary disability benefits ran out over a year ago, and since then, my mom has been struggling to work enough hours to cover their $2,100 monthly rent while also needing to stay home to care for him. On top of everything else, his insurance does not cover many of the medications he needs, leaving me to pay approximately $500 out of pocket every month just for his medication. For the past year, I’ve been doing everything I can to financially support my mom and brother, but between their rent, his medical expenses, and my own responsibilities, the financial and emotional weight has become overwhelming. I never expected to be in a position where I had to help financially support my family this way, but I will always do whatever I can for my brother. Any amount, no matter how small, would mean more to us than I can put into words. Your support would take a huge weight off of my shoulders and my family’s and help us keep a roof over their heads, afford the medications my brother needs, and give my mom the ability to continue being there to keep him safe.
