Cliff Wilson is my father in law and my son’s best friend. He has 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. He worked in construction for several decades and retired a few years ago. He consistently shows up for his family and friends. He is known to stop what he’s doing to help neighbors, family and friends. He is an incredible master carpenter and has helped many colleagues, family members and friends with projects. Cliff is currently undergoing cancer treatments for parotid gland cancer/clear cell sarcoma. It is a very rare and aggressive form of cancer due to the location (head/neck). Treatment includes surgery (completed on 9/28/23), chemotherapy and radiation. Due to the rare nature of the cancer, his only option for treatment is MD Anderson in Houston, which is 3+ hours away from his home. He is required to pay copays and out of network fees. The costs are adding up and it’s a huge stressor. This fundraiser is to help alleviate some of these costs. All proceeds will go to copays, lodging and out of pocket expenses associated with his treatment.
