Separated from her mother at a tender age, she endured a nomadic existence with her mahout, begging on the streets of Thailand. Her distressing plight captured the hearts of Thai animal lovers, prompting efforts for her release to sanctuary.
Trained for various events from a young age, NamThip faced exploitation and neglect, leading to physical and emotional scars beyond her years. Despite adversity, her spirit remained unbroken.
Now, at Elephant Nature Park, NamThip embarks on a new chapter, free from exploitation and fear. Here, she will find solace and companionship, surrounded by caregivers dedicated to her well-being. Join us as we support NamThip on her journey towards healing and freedom.
