Hi everyone! I’m Amanda, and I’m honored (and a little surprised 😅) to be Mom of the Week. Even though my legal name is Amanda, I prefer to be called Mandi. Only because if you say Amanda, I think I’m in trouble by my late Mother.
I’m a mom to a beautifully blended, wonderfully loud, and slightly chaotic crew. I have an amazing bonus son, Westyn, who keeps us on our toes and reminds me daily that middle schoolers are a whole different species. I also have a bonus son Tucker, my energetic, big-hearted boy who keeps life fun and fast-paced. And then there’s Alitica, my strong-willed, sweet little girl who runs the house and knows it. Being their mom is the greatest, hardest, most rewarding job I’ve ever had.
I’m married to an incredibly hard-working husband who does so much for our family, often without asking for recognition. He’s our steady, our provider, and the quiet strength behind everything we do, and I’m endlessly grateful for him.
By day, I’m a school bus driver(15 years), which means I carry other people’s babies safely to and from school.. a job that has completely reshaped how I view motherhood, patience, and trust. Being behind that wheel has given me a deeper appreciation for just how precious our kids are and how connected we all are as parents.
I believe in showing up.. not just for my kids, but my family, my friends, my community, and other moms. Whether that’s organizing get togethers, setting up fundraisers, cheering from the sidelines, or just being the mom who brings extra snacks because someone will forget theirs (usually my own kids 😅).
Motherhood isn’t perfect, it’s not easy, and I’m absolutely making it up as I go. I’m doing my best to raise kind, strong humans while learning, healing, and surviving one day at a time. Some days I feel unstoppable… other days success looks like everyone making it through the day with shoes on.
I’m grateful to be part of this group and thankful for the reminder that none of us are doing this alone. 🩷

- Do I have to gift to be able to put my name on the list? No. There's donation or payment requirements to be eligible to put your name on the list.
- How is a mom chosen each week? Moms will ALWAYS be chosen at random (per Random.org) on LIVE through the group.
- Who can become Mom Of The Week? Anyone that is a mom and puts their name on the list to be randomly selected.
- Can I put my name on the list more than once a week? No. Once the list is closed, duplicate entries will be removed.
- Is this a lottery? No. This group offers no prizes or guarantees of gifts. We dont know how many gifts a mom will receive.
