Marcus Lyngar, husband to Hannah, and father of 6 kids is in dire need of support from all fellow Americans and those who care worldwide. Marcus supports his family as an over the road, long haul, owner operator driving truck and putting everything he has into serving his country and supporting his wife and 6 children at home in Rock Springs, Wyoming.
Most of you reading this I'm sure understand the way of this world and the suffering caused by the current state of affairs in our economy. Among the 300,000+ independant truck drivers of our country they are all being effected terribly by the rising cost of everything to keep their trucks running and fighting tooth and nail to do their part to keep our nation supplied.
Over the past 6 months in Marcus's business pulling dry van, the fuel prices and cost of maintenance , and repairs ffor his rig have skyrocketed! To add insult to injury, the frieght rates have dropped through the floor to $1.25/mile and his truck was out of service for March and April 2022, due to a company driver of a mega carrier hitting his truck. This has equated to a recipe for disaster that has lead him to barely scrape by for 3 weeks, drained all his family savings, and is basically imprisoned him to his truck on the other side of the country from his family due to the contracts of his motor carrier that won't even give him fuel to be with his family with his infant child, Emma in the childrens ICU of Salt Lake City UT Hospital.
