In 2017, my wife who was diagnosed with lupus at age 17, started becoming sick again . She couldn’t get out of bed and no amount of tests could determine anything but that her lupus had started attacking her immune system. She couldn’t work and we accumulated huge medical bills. I eventually had to quit my job to take care of her and our children at the time. In 2019, we lost our home of 17 years and we’re forced to move one day before Covid was announced. We spent the next almost year living in a RV and finally found a pretty run down house to settle into for her healths sake. Fast forward to 2022 and she started having huge seizures and unfortunately hit a concrete median at 85 mph after having one. They cannot figure out what’s causing them and every medication we have tried has not stopped them. They have become an everyday multiple occurrence and she has lost over 70 pounds in last 2 years. She can’t keep weight on and is bed ridden 3/4 of the time from joint pain or post seizure fog. I cannot work because I cannot leave her side and have two exploded discs in my back that I can’t have fixed because we have no one else but each other to watch one another. We have bills mounting up and she is scheduled to see yet another specialist as we wait for the referral. We are asking anyone that can help to please and if nothing else pray for us. We have had huge setbacks in our house needing repairs as our plumbing has completely failed and we need to install handicap measures as her joints become more damaged. We appreciate all the love and support that we have received and send our love to everyone that reads this.
