Hello! My name is Ocean Lombard, and I'm honored to have been crowned Miss Rhode Island's Teen 2025. Becoming Miss Rhode Island's Teen was my dream. I worked tirelessly putting in dedication, hard work, and countless hours preparing for my interview, on-stage questions, talent, evening gown, and fitness. During my year of service as Miss Rhode Island's Teen 2025, I'm proud to share my initiative
—the Bulldog Boutique a place at Westerly High School, that provides free clothing to students in need. From everyday essentials to tuxedos and prom dresses, every item is available at no cost and with no questions asked. Now, I'm working to expand this mission statewide through Ocean State Outfitters, inspired by my name and the beauty of our state. I am currently working on my goal of establishing similar programs in all 74 public high schools across Rhode Island. Every student deserves to feel seen, supported, and confident. In addition to my advocacy work, I also host my own podcast, Ride the Wave with Ocean Lombard, where I dive into topics I'm passionate about, from sustainable fashion to civic engagement and leadership.
This September, I will proudly represent our state on the national stage at Miss America's Teen in Orlando, Florida.
