This past weekend, my best friend Mia tragically and unexpectedly lost her mother. The suddenness of this loss has left Mia and her family absolutely devastated.
If you are lucky enough to know Mia, you know she is truly the most kind, loving, and selfless person you could ever know. She is so incredibly cherished by her friends, family, and so many people throughout our community. She has brought endless light, laughter, and love into countless lives, and now we have an opportunity to surround her with that same love and support.
We are raising funds to help ease the financial burden of funeral and memorial expenses, as well as any other unexpected costs Mia and her family may face in the coming weeks. Our hope is to give her the space to grieve without the added weight of financial stress.
