Update in Aya's own words: December 16, 2025
Have you ever watched your life crumble, piece by piece, and felt completely powerless to stop it? My name is Aya, and I'm a married woman displaced in Gaza. I never imagined I'd be sharing my family's story this way, but when your world shrinks to a tent and survival becomes your only goal, you hope someone will listen We've been living through a brutal war for over two years. My family has been displaced more than ten times. We've lost our home, our safety, and any semblance of normalcy. Today my husband, my baby and I live in a tent-- if you could call the thin tarp separating us from the sky a tent. We have no electricity, no clean water, and barely enough food. Everything is incredibly expensive. A few vegetables or a bag of flour cost more than we can afford. Medicine? Out of reach. Clean water? Scarce. We're not living-- we're fighting to survive. This is why we're asking for your help. Your donation will feed and heal us. It could maybe even save us. It's not just money-- it's hope. It's life.

Aya and Muhammad's daughter Manal. She was born during the occupation and has never known a day of peace.

The winter rain in Gaza is bitterly cold. The camps are experiencing torrential downpours that are making life a living nightmare. Tents are flooded which spreads illness. The cold contributes to a decline in their health. Aya, Muhammad, and Manal are in dire need of assistance and support. They have no means to earn an income and they require resources to make life bearable. They urge you to sympathize with their situation and send help. Any donation-- no matter how small-- is an act of kindness that lessens their suffering. They urge you to donate now.

Thank you.

Sincerely--
Muhammad, Aya, and little Manal
