I am thrilled to share the incredible news that my daughter has been invited to join TEAM USA and compete at the World Competition Dance World Cup Finals in Lisbon, Portugal in 2027!
This is an absolute dream come true and an exceptional opportunity for her to represent the United States of America (and as of this writing, the only Floridian) at the world’s largest all-genre finals competition, which hosts over 10,000 elite dancers from around the globe. Eliana has been dancing since she was 4 at local St. John's County dance studios. As far as dance goes, she's a ballerina at her very core, but enjoys jazz, contemporary, tap and hip-hop as well! She's currently also part of her high school POM dance team, concert choir, worship vocalist, senior company at Perla Ballet, TGP Media ambassador - all while taking rigorous AICE focused academics as a student.
In October and December, she will join other fellow TEAM USA champion dancers in Charlotte for group choreography pieces for which she was selected.
